EZ Greens Shipping Policy

All orders placed with EZ Greens are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Processing & Shipping Times

Processing times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or promotional periods. Please allow additional time for order processing and delivery during these periods.

Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Delays

EZ Greens is not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. EZ Greens is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order must be reshipped due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping fees may apply.
