EZ Greens Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below before initiating a return.
Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, including any tamper-evident seals. Products must be in the same condition as received, with all original labels and accessories included. A receipt or proof of purchase and your order number are required.
For health and safety reasons, consumable hemp products—including flower, pre-rolls, edibles, tinctures, and concentrates—are not eligible for return if the package has been opened, used, or the seal has been broken.
To start a return, please email info@ezgreens.shop with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If you are reporting damage or a defect, include clear photos. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with return instructions and the designated return address. Items sent without an approved RMA will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@ezgreens.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the outer shipping box (all sides), the shipping label, and the product with any internal packaging. We will review the issue and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Certain items are non-returnable, including opened or partially used consumable hemp products, custom or personalized items, hazardous or flammable materials, gift cards, and final-sale or clearance items. If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, please contact us before sending anything back.
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest option is to complete a return in accordance with this policy and place a new order once your return is approved.
If a return is due to our error—such as a confirmed defect, damage, or incorrect item—we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as EZ Greens is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
EZ Greens reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above. For regulatory compliance, customers are responsible for ensuring eligibility to purchase and receive hemp-derived products in their jurisdiction. We cannot accept returns for orders that are refused or seized due to local or state restrictions.
